Sitting between glorious Royal Parkland and the buzz of central Knightsbridge, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is re-imagined and re-invented, offering the essence of timeless heritage coupled with contemporary flair and impeccable service.
Light and contemporary, our guest rooms and suites are uniquely designed and individual in layout, overlooking tranquil Hyde Park, vibrant Knightsbridge or the beautiful inner courtyard.
Reflecting the hotel’s peaceful parkside location, each room and suite is decorated with carefully curated artworks and custom-designed furniture, creating a warm and inviting environment.
As part of the most-extensive multi-million-pound restoration in the hotel's history, internationally-renowned designer Joyce Wang, oversaw the new design of all the rooms, suites and public areas, inspired by the natural beauty of neighbouring Hyde Park and the glamour of the 20th century Golden Age of travel.
The stunning re-imagining of The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, London along with the hotel’s destination restaurants and Mandarin Bar, were directed by esteemed New York designer Adam D Tihany.

Dining
The Lobby
Occupying a refined, airy ground-floor space, The Lobby features triple-height, intricately moulded ceilings, hand-blown crystal chandeliers, and hand-painted de Gournay landscape murals that bring the greenery of the hotel’s courtyard and surrounding Royal Parks inside. The restaurant serves all-day globally influenced fare and signature Peninsula Afternoon Tea with live music.
Canton Blue
Celebrating the convergence of Asian and British cultures, Canton Blue offers innovative Cantonese cuisine in a collection of exquisitely decorated spaces.
The restaurant’s main dining room is inspired by a maritime passage from East to West. Numerous design elements take inspiration from the Keying junk, a trade ship that connected the two countries during the mid-19th century – including displays of Cantonese porcelain, and a magnificent backlit ceiling panel depicting a celestial navigation map. The low-lit tables and intimate private booths centre around a carved, dual-aspect fireplace, shared with an adjacent tea lounge. Two private dining rooms – The Silk Room and The Music Room – each celebrate a distinctive facet of Chinese culture. Throughout Canton Blue, the service, like the décor and cuisine, is refined and striking, with many dishes finished tableside.
Brooklands by Claude Bosi
Soaring heights are achieved at Brooklands by Claude Bosi – a spectacular rooftop restaurant that is both a destination and a journey. The space, which pays homage to the classic eras of British aviation and motorsport, sets the scene for the modern British cuisine of Chef Director Claude Bosi.
With two private dining rooms, a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, and an expansive dining terrace with stunning views of London’s skyline only further enhance the sense of being airborne.
Brooklands by Claude Bosi offers a menu crafted from the very best of British ingredients using traditional French techniques to deliver dishes that perfectly balance modernity and classic fine dining. Together, Chef Director Claude Bosi and Chef de Cuisine Francesco Dibenedetto bring a wealth of culinary expertise to establish Brooklands as a highly desirable and respected drinking and dining destination.
